We can assist you in analyzing site locations and conducting highest and best use studies.  Our site analysis will include an evaluation of accessibility, visibility, relationship to demand generators and area amenities, development obstacles and overall advantages and disadvantages vis-à-vis major competitors.

Subsequent to evaluating each site, using our proprietary site matrix model, we will prepare a matrix comprised of the above factors that impact the success of a hotel at each location.  Ranking each site against the other, we will establish which one possesses the most attributes relative to the proposed development.
