REVPAR International, Inc. prepares appraisals/valuations for various hospitality-related properties.

We are one of only a handful of firms that specializes in appraising hospitality real property as an exclusive discipline.  This means we provide the highest quality custom appraisals available using our formidable industry resources, experience, and expertise.  Our proprietary model is among the most detailed and accurate available, supported by our high level of research and market analysis, ensuring that our clients receive a detailed report that clearly supports our conclusion of value.

Our appraisals and valuations include:

• assessing the social, economic, governmental, and environmental forces impacting the real estate value of the “going concern” (i.e., competition, economic trends, review of operating history and financial performance);

• projecting future revenue and income flows; and

• determining the asset’s market value based on the income capitalization, sales comparison and/or cost approach methods of valuing real estate.

All our appraisals are written in full compliance with the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and the Code of Ethics of the Appraisal Institute.  Additionally, the appraisal will conform to FIRREA Appraisal Standards and will be signed by our MAI.  

Our appraisers obtain temporary licenses as needed.
