Prepared numerous feasibility and market studies for upscale and luxury hotels and resorts throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Central America and the Middle East, including Relais & Châteaux, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, AAA 5-diamond and Mobil 5-star properties. Properties often incorporated golf courses, casinos, spas and fitness centers.

Determined the economic feasibility of developing spas, fitness centers, tennis courts, and aquatic amenities for hotels, resorts, residential developments, country clubs, golf clubs, world-class sporting venues, and recreation centers. Projects include establishing the level of facility demand that currently and prospectively exists in the market and concluding if it is sufficient enough to support the development of the proposed project; determining support services and amenities; estimating the future operating potential; and estimating development costs. Conducted IRR, NPV, ROI analyses and financial modeling for major projects.
