Provided litigation support services for various hospitality-related entities to include hotels, resorts, clubs, and casinos.

Researched the structuring of hotel management agreements for Westin Hotels and Resorts for their properties in the Pacific Rim.

Advised investors with regard to the restructuring of mortgage notes secured by a portfolio of major casino hotels

Advised senior management at Hilton Hotels with regard to various aspects of a major proposed acquisition.

Undertook numerous investment analyses to include the potential renovation of the Sheraton Washington Hotel in Washington, D.C. and the development of a hotel adjacent to the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.
